INTRODUCTION

This course gives participants an overview of 5S and how to maintain a clean, well-organized, visual workplace through implementing of 5S.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

1.      Understand 5S and Visual Controls as foundational to workplace organization.

2.      Develop a plan for 5S and Visual Control opportunities in the work area.

3.      Begin to apply a systematic approach to the workplace.
